Summary of Work

 

As a Seasonal Maintenance Worker you will be assisting with the upkeep and maintenance of the buildings and grounds at the Camp Grafton Training Center in Devils Lake, ND. Duties include providing consistent maintenance services while adhering to safety practices and procedures. 

The following is a summary of the job responsibilities; this is not an all-inclusive list.

The position of a Seasonal Maintenance Worker is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor by maintaining the buildings and grounds on the training site. You will be mowing, trimming trees and shrubs, landscaping, maintaining sprinkler systems, painting, etc.

In this position, you must have the ability to operate and use power tools, grounds maintenance equipment, work in varying weather conditions for extended periods of time, possess and maintain a valid driver's license and lift in excess of 25 lbs.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Must be 16 years of age or older, eligible to work in the United States and successfully complete the interview process, reference checks and background investigation. Preference will be given to those individuals that have experience in grounds keeping.
