Northwest Human Service Center - Williston ND - Clinical Director

**Sign on Bonus up to $15,000.00 **

Be part of the solution to the behavioral health crisis. As a team member for ND Department of Health & Human Services, you will ensure the most vulnerable have access to a high-quality healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover.

As a Clinical Director, in conjunction with Statewide Leadership, you will be responsible for leading the Human Service Center’s clinical function to provide the best clinical outcomes possible for the individuals served. You will implement the Practice Model within your Human Service Center, as well as ensure team member compliance. You will be responsible to make sure all team members provide individuals opportunity for recovery management so they can live and work independently in their home and community. You are also responsible for enhancing community partnerships to ensure a full continuum of services is available in your region.

To thrive in this position, you will need to have knowledge of team-based care and rehabilitative service provision. Previous supervisory experience will be beneficial.

To be considered for this position, you are required to have a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or any other master’s degree approved by the North Dakota Board of Counseling Examiners, and ND licensure as a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor); OR a Doctorate in Psychology and licensure as a Psychologist by the ND Board of Psychologist Examiners.

This position requires a valid driver’s license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.

Location: ND HHS utilizes a blended workplace model. This position provides essential client services face to face and therefore the person in this position needs to be able to travel to meet clients at their location.
